Introduction

This policy explains what personal data First Steps Montessori Centre (6 Raya St., entr. B, Plovdiv, Bulgaria) collects through this website and how we process it, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law.

What data we collect

Through the website forms (inquiry, application, consultation request, newsletter subscription) we collect only the data you enter: name, email, phone, chosen service and the text of your message. We do not collect data through tracking cookies, advertising networks or third-party analytics.

How we use the data

We use the data solely to answer your inquiry, to arrange a visit or admission, and to keep you informed about your request. The newsletter subscription is only made with your explicit consent.

Legal basis

We process the data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent given by submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken before entering into a service contract).

Retention period

We keep the data until the inquiry or contract is completed and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by writing to firststeps@mail.bg or to the centre's address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Security

Data is transmitted over a secure channel (HTTPS) and stored in a protected database with access limited to trained administrators of the centre.
